We are seeking a punctual and dependable Disability Support Worker with a Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or a related discipline. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience and proven expertise in the following areas: Hoisting and Transferring: Proficiency in safely hoisting and transferring clients. Behaviour Management: Ability to manage complex behaviours effectively. Meal Management: Experience in following meal management plans. Medication Management: Accuracy in completing medication paperwork and records. Licence/Certifications: Current First Aid & CPR Certificate or the ability to obtain one (Essential). Satisfactory Working with Children's Check (Employee) or the ability to obtain one (Essential). Current Driver’s Licence, your own car, and comprehensive/third-party insurance (Essential). NDIS Worker Screening Check ID or the ability to obtain one (Essential). NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (Preferred). Infection Control training certificate (Preferred).
