Deliver professional customer service by addressing enquiries, identifying customer requirements, processing orders and communicating status. Working within a small, dedicated team, you will be the first point of call to PSA. Enquiries will be a mix of general sales and technical issues, generated by phone, email and in person. Technical support is provided, although the role requires the candidate to interpret some engineering drawings/sketches to identify products and quantities. Strong mathematical aptitude and English competency (able to calculate sums accurately and quickly) Assist with logistics communication and functions Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous Customer Service experience in similar industries preferred but not essential Proven negotiation and problem-solving skills. Strong rapport and relationship building skills. Attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings, including numeracy skills. Strong aptitude in geometrics (measurements in shapes including areas and volumes). Sound basic mathematics including percentages.
