We’re looking for a motivated and well-presented Business Administration Trainee to join a Secondary school team and support day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage front office operations, including reception, phone inquiries, and mail distribution. Provide administrative support, including data entry, record maintenance, and document preparation. Maintain and update student, staff, and enrollment records. Assist with internal and external communications, including newsletters, correspondence, and standard school documentation. Coordinate school resources and liaise with staff regarding requisitions, purchasing, and inventory management. Support timetabling and scheduling to ensure efficient school operations. Provide VASS and/or VET administration support where required. Assist in the management of first aid facilities and provide support for student first aid needs.
