My client is a leading developer and manufacturer of innovative high-tech smart devices, and they are currently looking for more engineers to join their R&D team in Perth. As a firmware engineer, you'll possess strong embedded C/C++ skills and be familiar with working on an RTOS. Knowledge of ARM micro's is also key for this position. The role would be suitable for somebody that is able to build from scratch - understanding the requirements and capable of defining the architecture. If this sounds like you, then get in touch What You Bring To The Role: 5 years’ experience in embedded software / firmware development Strong programming skills in C/C++, scripting in Python Experience with Linux, FreeRTOS or Zephyr Experience with ARM microcontrollers Experience with unit testing An understanding of hardware design is desirable but not essential Ability to work in a team environment You must currently hold working rights in Australia (citizen, permanent resident, or any other valid working visa) This is a full-time, permanent position which requires you to be onsite in the Perth office.
