The Role We are currently searching for a Construction Supervisor to join our team. The ideal supervisor will be eager to learn and adapt to the Scott Park Group way, have an established trade base and will have the ability to problem solve, along with a positive attitude and willingness to challenge themselves and go the extra mile. All of this whilst a strong focus on driving strong levels of production. Industry experience in a similar role within residential construction and availability to work in Perth and Northern suburbs is mandatory for the successful candidate. The Construction Supervisor is responsible for the quality construction of an allocated portfolio of new home builds in line with relevant building standards, quality controls, policies and procedures. This includes supervising relevant trades, liaising with clients and overseeing the delivery of efficient and quality building construction materials and activities to support the growth and performance of the Company. About you The successful candidate will ideally possess the following attributes, or be willing to be supported to achieve these: Relevant trade qualification coupled with experience in the residential construction. Good communication skills (oral and written) including the ability to influence, build and maintain strategic networks with a range of stakeholders and deliver excellent customer service. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to monitor residential construction works. Good computer skills including the ability to utilise a range of information systems (MS Office & Click Homes desirable). Current C Class Driver's License. WA Occupational Health & Safety White Card. To be considered for this role candidates must have the following; Established trade base essential; Relevant trade qualification (essential); 3-5 years minimum experience in a similar role; C-Class drivers licence; The right to work in Australia; Proficient written and verbal communication skills; Previous experience with ClickHomes (desirable but not essential); Proficient with computers and iPad; Strong Customer service skills; Current Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one; Construction Safety Induction Card; and Proven time-management skills.
