Reporting to the Operations Manager the responsibilities are as follows : Construction Administrator Provision of administration support across the Construction Team including; liaising with and organising trades, suppliers and contractors. Provide a high level of service to all customers, ensuring customers are kept informed fortnightly of job progress and responding to their enquiries efficiently Assist Permits with the overall relationship and communication process with other professionals including but not limited to, Councils, Private Certifiers, Engineers, Surveyors and suppliers. General administration duties as required. To be successful in either of these roles, you will have: Previous experience in a fast paced administration role within volume residential construction industry is essential Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
