Construction Scheduler / Planning Consultant Naavi has partnered with a boutique consultancy specialising in end-to-end project planning services, helping clients take control of their projects and tailor presentations for key stakeholders. You will work closely with the Director and wider team to deliver projects across Australia. These include data centres, hospitals, commercial, healthcare, and residential developments. As the business grows, we will also expand into major infrastructure projects. Due to a strong pipeline of work, we are now seeking an experienced Construction Planner to join the team. Responsibilities & Duties Create high-quality schedules/programmes using MS Project, Primavera, and Asta Powerproject, applying strong programming logic and industry best practices. Apply knowledge of Australian building practices and on-site conditions to develop practical, effective schedules. Manage multiple stakeholders effectively, demonstrating exceptional time management skills. Collaborate in a team environment, delegating and accepting work as needed. Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and provide status reports. Follow internal processes while also identifying opportunities for improvement. Engage in industry networking, including local events and university-affiliated initiatives, to build professional relationships and promote the business. Skills & Experience Strong proficiency in MS Project, Powerproject, and Primavera. Excellent written and verbal reporting skills. Advanced knowledge of Australian building practices and site procedures. Qualifications & Requirements Degree or diploma in Engineering, Building, or Construction Project Management. Minimum 5 years' experience in Australian commercial, residential, or civil projects (or a similar role). White Card (General Construction Induction Card). Full working rights in Australia.
