The role will also provide additional secretarial support to the existing Legals Assistants in the team. Administrative support to the litigation team. Notifying lawyers of upcoming court dates and deadlines (via the portal). Extensive diary and email management End-of-month billing Matter management Drafting correspondence Liaising with clients About You Given that this role is within one of Australia's top law firms, a legal background is essential. You will need experience as a legal assistant or legal secretary, supporting a partner or multiple partners. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent Microsoft Office skills, and a proven ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
