They take on projects up to $10 million including the landscape packages on hotels, universities, subdivisions, sports facilities, shopping centers, hospitals, defence, parks, and playgrounds. The Opportunity With more and more large projects being signed off this year and deep into 2025, our client is looking to make a major hire by introducing an overarching Construction Manager to oversee Project Managers and construction activities in the business. A very rare and unique opening for an ambitious individual to oversee the division and to focus on pre-construction through to project delivery.
