This successful and well established law firm which is recognised in Doyles Guide and Best Lawyers and Law Firm rankings currently has an exciting opportunity for a talented lawyer/legal executive to join its Commercial law and Employment, Workplace relations and Safety team to assist with increased levels of activity and growth. You will be working with a broad range of clients from global entities to not for profit organisations and insurers, advising on contentious and non contentious matters. If you hold a Bachelor of Laws, have breadth of experience in commercial practice, and the flexibility and adaptability to be able to service our client base, we would like to hear from you. We assist our commercial clients with matters such as contracts, memorandums of understanding and other commercial documentation; business sales; directors' duties and governance; compliance and regulation (including the Associations Incorporation Act, Corporation Act, freedom of information and privacy); and general property law. You will have direct exposure to clients, the ability to manage your own caseload and develop client relationships.
