Description College of Sport, Health and Engineering Sessional teaching roles are available in our Bachelor of Social Work program at Victoria University. We are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Social Work teachers to teach on a sessional basis in Social Work units of study. Minimum time required for sessional teaching, preparation and marking is approximately 9-18 hours per week. Key Responsibilities Teach units within the Bachelor of Social Work Able to teach units face-to-face on our Footscray Park campus Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment Collaborate with colleagues within the courses including both sessional and on-going staff members Work within the framework of Victoria University’s policies, procedures and legislative/regulatory requirements. VU teaches in the Block Model . This means we have four blocks of four weeks each semester. Students study one unit at a time in small classes. Lecturers can teach a maximum of two classes per block.
