We are looking for a team motivator to help us to continue on delivering outstanding customer service as we look to supply our customers who are in the Aluminium Window and Door fabrication industry. WHAT'S ON OFFER: Attractive salary Bonus Scheme Access to Capral’s employee benefits Work with an established team that is friendly and supportive Training and career progression provided This position reports into the newly appointed state manager and involves building relationships with customers and staff, leveraging your experience to lead, motivate, and coach a team of Customer Sales & Service Coordinators, ensuring exceptional service for our clients, working in sync with our onsite distribution facility. Primary Responsibilities: You will be responsible for a team of four to five customer service co-ordinations Following induction training, develop and maintain a knowledge of Capral’s building product range and services with the ability to provide customer quotes and orders through the SAP Processing System at ‘best practice’ level. Provide efficient customer service from the VIC customer service team and strive for high performance to assist our customer facing Client Managers. Build strong internal and external relationships with customers and staff including other VIC Leadership Team Members. Attend daily Operational performance meetings to remain informed of sites progress Maintain customer service systems to provide customers with exceptional service. Including, but not limited to order status reports, updated lead times and other information required or requested by customers. Qualify and pass on sales leads and market information to the sales team. From time to time, evaluate processes and procedures with a view to improving areas of responsibility Address and plan to address any customer dissatisfaction or quality issues with the oversight of local management Seek extra technical assistance from our on-site design team and engineers on a ‘when needed’ basis Set training plans for new starters Take full accountability for personal safety and the overall well-being of your team. Be available for occasional Team, Customer or Training Events as a company representative. A ‘Team First’ approach and a thirst for learning Be ready to motivate, coach, train, and think-tank problem solving techniques with the support of Management Strong communication skills including listening and negotiation skills. IT Skills such as Microsoft 365, Phocas or SAP are a benefit A desire to step up and be a people leader or experience managing and motivating a team; setting expectations and leading by example Experience managing performance targets and addressing staff non-conformances.
