Job Description Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Precinct Conference & Events Sales Manager is responsible for developing sales initiatives and strategies to achieve sales goals and enhance productivity and profits within the Conference & Events (C&E) sectors. The role will lead the team to explore new business opportunities whilst maintaining good relationships with established clients. The role includes but is not limited to; Driving sales to ensure revenue and conversion targets are achieved for C&E business including Residentials. Liaise with the entire operations team to ensure high quality, impeccable service and experience is provided. Provide quotations for conference and events proposal covering venue, function, menu and accommodation costs ensuring revenue is maximized. Lead the reactive sales team including the overall coordination of events and conferences. Host high value client site visits and develop
