Our client is a well known reputable Landscaping Contractor that is looking for a temp Admin/Debtors person to work in a great team environment Monday to Friday. The Role: We are currently seeking applications for a temp role for office administrators/all rounder to work with our client based in Bunbury. You will be required to manage Debtors, invoicing, set up job numbers, Purchase Orders, end of month invoicing for various divisions, trade customer orders together with liaising with clients. Prepare warranty manuals for completed jobs. Also includes handling telephone enquiries, amendments and general admin duties. Role are approximately 2 months but could extend. Also looking for an administration role that could become a part time (2 day a week) role after initial 2 weeks. Must be proficient with Excel The successful applicant will have: Debtors Experience Proficient Excel Experience Administration experience All rounder experience Current valid WA driver’s license, Great work ethic and technical knowledge Excellent time management and planning skills Right to work in Australia A call you
