Contract Administrator – High-End Residential Construction Mornington Peninsula Temp-to-Perm Role About the Compan:y Our client is a premium residential construction company specializing in high-end architectural homes. Based on the Mornington Peninsula , they collaborate closely with clients, architects, and consultants to deliver outstanding new builds, renovations, and extensions . They take pride in strong relationships with loyal subcontractors , assembling expert teams for each project. The Role: Contract Administrator We’re seeking a Contract Administrator to join a dynamic office team and work on residential projects valued between $1M – $25M . You’ll work closely with the director in a casual yet professional environment, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard . Perform take-offs and order materials Manage project schedules, forecasts & cash flows Issue progress claims & project variations Conduct project cost analysis & estimating Maintain high-quality control & detail Problem-solve throughout the construction process What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years experience with a residential builder (Contract Admin & Estimating preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Project) Experience using take-off software (Cubit, Buildxact, etc.) High-end residential construction experience Ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team Strong communication & organisational skills Highly motivated, professional, and reliable Immediate availability preferred Bonus Skills (Preferred, but not essential) Experience in contract administration within residential construction Strong negotiation & stakeholder management skills Familiarity with construction regulations & compliance Knowledge of Jonas Premier or similar construction software Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business About TRS Resourcing We promote diversity in Australia’s workforce and strongly encourage women, Aboriginal, and Torres Strait Islander applicants .
