Southern Adelaide Local Health Network – Flinders Medical Centre – Workplace Wellbeing Salary $67,589 - $72,033 (Pro Rata) AS03| .8 FTE – Part Time Ongoing Join our Workplace Wellbeing team as an Administrative Support person About the role: Reporting to the Director of Staff Wellbeing (SALHN), the Administrative Wellbeing Support role is responsible for the daily management, supervision, and provision of efficient administrative support to the Wellbeing Team. This role helps ensure the team meets legislative and accreditation standards and contributes to the delivery of the Wellbeing Plan. Under the guidance of the Director and in collaboration with other wellbeing team members, work health and safety, human resources, and employee representatives, the role ensures the seamless delivery of high-quality administrative services and excellent customer support. About you: Ability to work effectively and cooperatively as a part of a multi-disciplinary team. Ability to work under limited supervision, organising own workload to ensure designated time frames are met. Good interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and management. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism, committing to concepts of quality, value and service. Experience in the provision of administrative support tasks such as diary management and data management. A successful record in relating to people at all levels in a large complex organisation and the providing client focused services.
