About the Opportunity: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of Australia’s leading property developers. This role offers exposure to a range of master-planned communities, apartment, and townhouse developments. You’ll work in a high-energy, customer-focused environment and be involved in key projects across Queensland. Key Responsibilities: General Functions & Tasks: Assist with sales contracts, manage onsite sales offices, and contribute to marketing efforts while maintaining relationships with home builders and preparing reports. Relationships & Authority: Liaise with the project team and Contract Administrator to ensure smooth operations and communication. Communication: Promote teamwork and effectively communicate plans, progress, and priorities within the internal teams. Compliance: Adhere to Queensland real estate laws and Cedar Woods’ policies and best practices, ensuring proper use of the CRM system. Project Team Input: Provide input to the project team regarding all aspects of construction, maintenance, and presentation of the projects. Requirements: Real Estate Registration Certificate/Licence (desirable) Valid driver’s license and own vehicle 2 years of relevant sales experience in real estate, home building, or a similar property sector (preferred) Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Customer service focus with a proven ability to exceed expectations Organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and multitask Strong relationship-building skills with customers, staff, and external stakeholders Proficient in Microsoft Office with high attention to detail Ability to develop selling skills (rapport-building, negotiation, closing sales) Professionalism, initiative, and a passion for real estate Career Progression: This role offers excellent career progression, with a clear pathway to becoming a Salesperson in the future.
