We are currently seeking a Junior Administration and Compliance Manager to join our team working alongside our Senior Brokers in our modern Burnley office. As a member of our team, your contribution to our business will be integral to our success. Duties include: • Assist in monitoring compliance by conducting regular audits, identifying any breaches,recommending corrective actions to maintain financial integrity, and adherence to our obligations under the Australian Credit Licence (ACL) and Anti Money Laundering/Counter Terrorism Funding (AML/CTF) • Working closely with internal controls and external auditors to maintain compliancestandards • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters and forms • Assist in the preparation of lender/insurance accreditations for Business Managers and Broker Support • Research and create presentations in conjunction with the Compliance Manager/General Manager/Broker Support and Training Manager • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner • Maintain and update registers (Microsoft Excel) • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient • Maintain up-to-date employee holiday and RDO records • Various ad hoc requests
