Job Description As the Administration & Returns Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing leadership to the Home Delivery Centre (HDC) Administration & Return teams in support of all administration and returns related tasks as relevant to the servicing of Customer, Store and Support Office needs. Key Accountabilities will include, but are not limited to: Providing leadership and executing effective and compliant administration processes and tasks for the HDC, including inbound customer / store service, stock receipting / invoice management, store replenishment coordination, site consumables and customer collections oversight Providing complete management oversight of site based Bulky Goods Returns related routines, processes and systems, ensuring team performance and compliance against expected standards to meet site objectives as relevant to financial (eg stock, financial loss) and customer related (eg prompt and compliant faulty good resolutions) Ensuring all Administration and Return activities on site meet company and legislative requirements, with emphasis on safe work practices, hazard and incident reporting Supporting HDC labour management objectives through Time & Attendance system maintenance, updating and reporting
