Work Hours: 20-25 hours per week Training provided Let’s talk about the team The primary role of Retail Store Operations function is to own the day-to-day functioning of a retail location and providing a high quality, forward thinking client care and service. Key deliverables include client interactions, providing product information, managing and positively upholding our “Gold Standard” and business values. Function includes therapists and specialists who provide clients with professional and knowledgeable healthcare and customer service including screening, therapy product fitting, education & sales, ongoing therapy management etc. They are also work closely with sales team, build relationships with product Suppliers, Physicians, and other allied health professionals. Reporting into the Store Manager you will be a natural communicator with a pride and personal interest in what you do.
