Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's development. Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children. Observe and assess children's progress and communicate effectively with families. Collaborate with the team to maintain a high standard of care and educational practices. Comply with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures. Key Requirements: Minimum or working towards Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent). A strong passion for working with children and supporting their development. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute positively to the Centre's culture.
