We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales and Scheduling Coordinator to join our Public Training team on a full-time basis. Located at our Port Melbourne Head Office and reporting into the Lead Coordinator - Sales and Scheduling. In this role, you’ll play a key part in coordinating water safety and first aid training services. You’ll oversee a small, dedicated team to ensure the highest standards of service delivery, while driving business growth and continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities will include: Support the successful delivery of LSV’s public training courses through coordination of course sales, scheduling, and delivery. This includes managing inbound sales, maintaining accurate records, and scheduling training officers and courses, with a focus on continuous improvements and proactively addressing both internal and external challenges. Coordinate and support the Lead Coordinator by providing assistance in managing course operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring effective communication among the training team to enhance overall efficiency and service delivery. Build and maintain relationships with current and future clients to ensure business retention, while actively identifying and seeking out new opportunities for LSV, aligning with organizational objectives and growth expectations. Ensure adherence to VET, ASQA, and industry standards in partnership with the LSV Quality Assurance personnel, promoting compliance and best practices. Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders through strong communication across all mediums, including written and verbal, while coordinating the feedback process for allocated course types in line with policies and procedures. Work to ensure the quality of resources, training delivery, and the continued growth and development of LSV’s third-party training delivery stakeholders. Contribute to the administration of the public training portfolio, including assisting with the development and improvement of documentation, guidelines, policies, and projects. Provide support for reporting and budgetary requirements and ensure accurate and current information is communicated to key stakeholders regarding reporting and financial matters. You're a dynamic, problem-solving professional with a passion for customer service. Y ou have strong organisational skills, can manage competing priorities, and lead teams effectively. M inimum 1 year of experience in vocational education and training. Experience managing a team and coordinating resources within timeframes and budgets. Intermediate computer literacy (Microsoft Suite, cloud-based software). Must have or be able to obtain a Working with Children Check. Knowledge of LSV training resources and materials, water safety and lifesaving. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Experience with Learning Management Systems (aXcelerate or similar).
