Our client is currently delivering a roading based project in Melbourne and is currently seeking a Project Engineer to help them meet the project's requirements. To be successful you must have a minimum of 5 years post grad experience and be experienced in delivering a TMR based project with the ability to work nights. Main Duties: Supervision of sub constructors and staff to ensure the project is meeting required quality standards Managing the commercial aspect of projects & monitor productivity Ensure OH&S quality and standards are always followed Weekly meeting with senior management internally on all construction updates Ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with the project management plan and specifications and as instructed by the project manager. About You: Good multidisciplinary experience, including detailed roadworks, various sized bridge, structures work and some earthwork Extensive commitment and understanding to all matters relating H&S and the Environment Previous TMR experience is essential Flexible with the ability to travel if necessary The ideal candidate must be driven and motivated with strong organizational and communication skills both written and verbal Have a hands-on approach and not shy away from a challenge Benefits: A package which is in-line with the technical nature and demands of the role which includes: $110-140k base salary super.
