Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end IT project delivery, ensuring successful implementation within scope, timeline, and budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, deliverables, and technical requirements. Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and risk management, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and project success. Requirements 4-5 years’ experience as a Senior System Engineer/Consultant in an MSP environment Strong track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects Implementation knowledge on Microsoft M365 and Entra ID services ranging from Intune (AutoPilot), Exchange Online, SharePoint, Conditional Access Implementation knowledge with vendors such as Veeam, Mimecast, Dell, VMware Experience supporting the presales process by evaluating and understanding client needs Benefits At The Missing Link, a great company culture is key to our success.
