Introduction Protech is seeking a Branch Administrator (Trainee) to support our team working from the Darwin Office. This role would suit a motivated and passionate individual who wishes to form a career in Administration and/or Recruitment. With mentoring provided from our team for role specific training, this role will also see you complete either a Certificate IV in Business or Human Resources with allocated paid hours per week to complete study during work hours. Description This position will see you take on key responsibilities, such as the following: Providing excellent customer service to clients and employees in the Blue Collar industry, as the first point of contact at the Darwin office, both at reception and through phone calls. Data entry and system administration in line with Protech standards. Offering administrative support to the Operations, Training, and Recruitment departments, with a focus on Civil, Construction, and Mining sectors. Assisting both the Civil and Mining teams with recruitment processes, including interviews, client onboarding, and inductions.
