We are looking for multiple casual Direct Care Attendants to join our compassionate team and help enhance the lives of residents at our Residential Care Home. In this rewarding role, you will be at the heart of our operations, assisting in the provision of direct client services, supporting residents’ well-being, and helping them lead fulfilling lives. Your responsibilities will include recording general observations, providing diversional therapy, completing documentation in line with established policies, and assessing the needs of individual residents. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with residents, supporting their daily activities and ensuring they feel valued and cared for. Essential Criteria Completed AQF Certificate III in a relevant field. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds. Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion.
