This full-time position is ideal for someone with strong administrative and coordination skills who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will be working closely with a professional team dedicated to maintaining high standards of operational excellence. As a Facilities Management Administrator in the Facility Management Services Team, you’ll make a positive impact by: Assisting with the management and maintenance of the CAFM system to ensure accurate asset data. Scheduling and coordinating planned and reactive maintenance tasks. Supporting the supervision of subcontractors to ensure compliance with policies and contractual obligations. Assisting with performance monitoring, audits, and reporting to improve efficiency. Maintaining and updating the Asset Information Model to industry standards. Collaborating with internal teams to enhance facility management processes and cost efficiencies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, Visio). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines efficiently.
