SA Health is looking for a highly motivated and organised Administration Officer (ASO2) to join our Rural Support Service (RSS) iCCnet team, based at our Tonsley office. In this ongoing position based in Adelaide Metro Southern, you will play a vital role in supporting the RSS iCCnet scientists by undertaking a range of essential administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include: Organising timely shipments of point of care consumables to country hospitals as required. Maintaining up-to-date records of the distribution service. Participating in a technical support roster and contributing to the continuous quality improvement of the services provided by RSS iCCnet. Assisting with processing referrals to clinical services from regional and metropolitan sites. Undertaking further administration duties such as report generation and despatch, stocktakes, and ordering of stationery as required. To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent organisational and time management skills, along with a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential.
