The Role We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Wholesale Sales Manager to join our commercial team. The Wholesale Sales Manager is responsible for the formulation of long-term go-to-market strategies, market and competitor assessments and tactical responses to evolving market conditions. Key duties and responsibilities include: Creating opportunities to maximize wholesale sales of AutoGlass products Establishing, developing and enhancing relationships with new and existing wholesale customer Identification and realisation of opportunities delivering sales growth in the wholesale segment Gathering of regular market intelligence, sales analysis and reporting and proactive tactical activity to drive a growth objective Building and maintaining a high level of engagement and strong relationships with the O’Brien Service Centre Network and National Distribution Centres The Perks O’Brien® is committed to giving you fantastic benefits, a platform for development and working with you to grow your career. In conjunction we are needing some with: Demonstrated experience (5 years) within sales or business development in a B2B environment Successful track record in achieving targets in a services related company Highly developed communication skills (verbal and written) Proven successful track record of growing both market share and margins in competitive conditions Strong commercial and financial acumen Computer literacy – must have above average experience and capability with Microsoft Office suite of programs If you meet the above criteria and you’re seeking a rewarding career with a nationally recognised household brand, then we would love to hear from you.
