This reputable Head contractor has an excellent percentage of repeat client base across a range of commercial construction projects, which includes: Commercial Construction Sports and recreation facilities Education Health & Hospitals Role & Responsibilities: Joining this high performing team as a Senior Contract Administrator, You will be responsible for all things commercial management including: Drafting scope of works, managing RFI's EOT's, cost reporting and forecasting Minimising all subcontractor variation claims and elimination of claims, where possible Ensuring cost forecasting for allocated subcontracts and cost codes are accurately maintained, as well as identifying any cost issues and keeping project management teams notified of these issues Interpreting specifications and drawings in order to understand scope of works for the project at both Head Contract and Sub Contract scope level Identifying and quantifying Head Contracts Ensuring subcontractors are code compliant at all times Managing and driving the review process to ensure the implementation of all subcontractors within the required time frame and budgets Requirements The successful candidate will have: A Construction Degree 3-5 years experience as a Contract Administrator in the Commercial Sector Demonstrated experience working on Commercial Projects > $30m A willing attitude, with eagerness to develop your career with one of Australia's best Commercial Builder Demonstrated experience of delivering at least 2 Commercial projects Excellent organisation and time management skills A strong commercial mindset Apply All applications are private and confidential Reach out to Ryan on 0431 767 838 or r.attardaspectpersonnel.com.au
