Key Skills and Attributes: ▪ Strong Excel proficiency, ability to adapt to new systems, and technical troubleshooting ▪ Proactive in identifying and resolving system and compliance challenges ▪ Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently ▪ Open to learning and continuously improving processes ▪ Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across different teams ▪ Comfortable working with data, identifying trends, and generating reports ▪ Naturally collaborative ▪ Experience using Hammertech (ideal but not essential) Experience and Qualifications: ▪ Experience in construction, WHS, or compliance systems - highly desirable ▪ Background in data analytics, business systems, or WHS administration ▪ Prior experience with compliance software (such as Hammertech or similar) Duties and Responsibilities: System Administration & Support: ▪ Assist site teams with technical issues related to Hammertech and other compliance systems. ▪ Work closely with Hammertech developers to enhance system functionality and resolve issues ▪ Develop and maintain internal reports and forms within Hammertech ▪ Support the development of systematic processes to improve efficiency and compliance ▪ Conduct system audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations Data Analytics & Reporting: ▪ Collate and assist with analysis of data trends related to WHS and compliance, providing insights to supervisors ▪ Develop reports on statistics and identify key areas for improvement ▪ Assist in the creation of dashboards and performance tracking tools for better data visualisation Training & Documentation: ▪ Schedule and facilitate monthly training sessions for new employees on systems ▪ Develop training manuals, information packs, and e-learning content to support employees ▪ Maintain training records and verify attendees for associated training sessions ▪ Lead project start-up meetings focused on Hammertech processes and system audit requirements Communication & Campaigns: ▪ Draft internal communications to educate employees about system updates, campaigns and compliance requirements ▪ Collaborate with supervisors and marketing to develop HSEQ campaigns and initiative
