They specialise in the delivery of commercial, residential and industrial projects up to $30m in value. This role has pathways for progression to Commercial Management or Project Management including a well structured professional development program. Client Details Our client is a mid tier head contractor who deliver projects in the high rise residential, commercial and industrial sectors. As they continue to expand their market share they have a very strong pipeline of work ahead for 2025 and 2026 and as such they are looking to add a Senior Contracts Administrator to their team. This is an ongoing, long term position with future opportunities to progress towards Commercial Management or Project Management. Description Key responsibilities will include: Leadership and mentoring of junior CAs and Cadets Negotiating and letting sub-contracts and head contracts Leading the monthly cost reporting process Profile Selection criteria will include: Proven track record as a CA delivering building construction projects upwards of $5m High level of computer literacy Experience with modern construction software systems e.g. Jobpac, Cheops, Procore, etc. Excellent interpersonal skills Job Offer On offer: A competitive salary, expected to be in the range of $150-180k super Opportunity to progress towards Commercial Management or Project Management within the next 18-24 months Stable team and financially strong employer To apply online please click the 'Apply' button above.
