This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous accounts/ office admin experience who is self-driven, tech savvy and passionate. Key Responsibilities: Accounts: Accounts receivable, including following up with debtor payments. Previous experience with an accounting package is desirable. Data entry. Handing incoming/outgoing communications. Manage office and workshop supplies. Keeping parts stores tide and monitoring stock levels. Packing/checking orders and service parts. Checking service job paperwork. Safety documentation. Uploading and maintaining documents through online systems. To be successful in this position: Professional phone manner and strong communication skills. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines. Our client is offering flexible hours Monday to Friday, with the payrate dependent on experience.
