Your work will be key in handling travel requests, policy compliance, expense reconciliation, and financial reporting. As a Travel Administrator , you’ll make a positive impact by: Managing end-to-end reconciliation for hotel and car hire charges Processing travel bookings, including air, hotel, car hire, and rail requests Ensuring compliance with the Travel Policy for all offline reservations Generating accurate recharge reports and reconciling with credit card statements Assisting in training users on the self-booking tool and providing support Handling travel-related invoice processing and financial documentation Serco is a place for you Your ideal skills & experience: Experience with SABRE (GDS) and familiarity with Conferma (training available) Working knowledge of Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP) and travel booking systems Fares and Ticketing Level 1 & 2 qualifications or equivalent Strong understanding of domestic and international fare structures and airline ticketing High attention to detail, especially in financial reconciliation and reporting Excellent customer service skills with strong written and verbal communication Ability to work methodically, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines As a fast-growing and successful global company, Serco’s services span across Justice, Defence, Space, Customer Services, Health, and Urban Mobility.
