Currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional for the position of Customer Service and Order Processing on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service support, demonstrating a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Accurately process orders through effective data entry techniques. Utilize Excel for order tracking and management (Intermediate proficiency preferred). Preferred Skills and Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is highly advantageous. Some experience in warehousing and logistics to understand related processes. Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service with a focus on order processing. Accurate data entry skills. Intermediate proficiency in Excel. Additional Preferences: Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems. Some background in warehousing and logistics processes.
