Community Management & Sales: Show propspective members the office space, conducting grand tours to drive conversion and boost occupancy rates. Promptly follow up on sales enquiries and leads Build and nurture strong relationships with existing members and potential clients. Lead tours and engage with potential clients, showcasing the value of our community. Negotiate contracts and close deals to hit occupancy targets. Operations Management: Work closely with the Sydney team to oversee daily operations for a smooth and efficient facility. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resources to optimize performance. Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the Sydney marketing team to create local campaigns to drive interest and promote the brand in the Melbourne market. Spot and seize local marketing opportunities to boost visibility and attract members. Represent us at local events and networking gatherings to promote our brand. What We're Looking For: Proven success in a community managment and/or sales excutive role in a co-working hub Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, this will be a stand alone role for a little while. You’ll have loads of support from the Sydney team and integrate heavily in their practices, but you’ll be working autonomosly in the Melbourne hub. Innovative thinker with problem-solving skills.
