The ideal candidate will have the ability to inspire creativity while delivering creative outputs that align with the brand’s vision, collaborating closely with our partners and the global headquarters based in Germany. 1Komma5 is a Global Unicorn, looking for Australia’s Creative Unicorn. We are keen to hear from experienced creative and design professionals, as well as recent design Graduates who are keen to take their career to the next level. Ongoing training, mentoring and support is provided, as well as joining a foward thinking business with a great culture. Key responsibilities: Develop the creative outputs for all graphic design and content creation initiatives. Ensure high-quality deliverables across all states. Execute innovative visual strategies for campaigns across digital, print, and multimedia platforms. Collaborate with marketing, product, and executive teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives. Ensure brand consistency and adherence to style guidelines across all content and design assets. Maintain knowledge of design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the team’s creative output. Manage multiple projects simultaneously across varying creative mediums and stakeholders. Ideal candidate will have: Relevant tertiary qualification/s within art direction, graphic design, or content creation. Video production skills will be highly regarded Portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects/concepts, e.g. branding, digital campaigns, and multimedia content. Competency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro). A keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and innovation.
