The Role The Internal Sales & Parts Representative role would see you perform a range of customer service, sales and administrative duties to support the ongoing growth and success of Hemco Industries Seatbelt Division. You will leverage your previous experience in a similar role, providing customer and team support that exceeds expectations. Your proactive and friendly attitude, excellent communication and administration skills, along with your genuine interest in the automotive industry will see you succeed in this dynamic role. As a key member of the Hemco Industries team you will also bring a continuous improvement focus to the role, seeking opportunities to optimize sales-related administrative systems or processes to maximize efficiency and service quality. Duties Primary point of contact duties for clients and customers via phone, email and face to face, tending to their inquiries and product requirements whilst providing quotes and completing sales orders. Nurture strong, enduring relationships throughout all customer interactions Maintain current and accurate administration records of all customer interactions, quote, sales and invoicing activities in the company's CRM system. Help other members of the team on an as-needs basis. Assist with trade shows or attend industry events from time to time Essential Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience in a similar role, particularly in the Automotive Industry Willingness to attend trade shows or industry events from time to time Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Self-driven, optimistic and proactive approach to your work Demonstrated proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is essential A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle Benefits Stable full-time role friendly team environment Plenty of training support provided Long-established local business excellent products Please Note The successful applicant must provide copies of any relevant certifications and, have full unlimited Australian working rights.
