They are looking to appoint an Accounts Administrator to assist in various aspects of the business. The Role: Join the dynamic management team in a pivotal role where you’ll have the opportunity to shape the efficiency and growth of our operations. In this hands-on position, you will: Assist with key accounting tasks, supporting both accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial operations. Take responsibility for Xero reconciliation and BAS statement preparation, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Manage customer accounts, including setting up new accounts and processing invoices, contributing to seamless customer relationships. Prepare detailed financial reports to support decision-making and strategic planning. Process purchase orders with precision, ensuring smooth procurement workflows. Be involved in a variety of ad-hoc administrative tasks that offer variety and exposure to multiple business functions. About You: The ideal candidate will bring extensive years of experience in accounts, administration, and customer service. You’ll have a sharp eye for detail, a strong aptitude for accounts management, and exceptional organisational skills.
