Job Description About the Role Partner with stores to develop sales capability to drive profitable sales growth for defined services. Key Responsibilities • Ensure sales targets are met by identifying Area and Store opportunities and developing strategies and targets to drive sales growth. • Work closely with the State Sales Manager - Services to create and implement strategies for stores with tangible outcomes and achievable time frames. • Work directly with store leadership team to facilitate face to face learning and coaching solutions that support sales of services products. • Conduct skills assessments, gap analysis and action planning utilising standard tools and reports for internal and external stakeholders • Measure the improvement of services product sales for stores and areas. • Conduct routine Financial Services compliance audits. • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Work directly with store leadership team to ensure key compliance metrics are met. Including but not limited to conducting routine compliance audits.
