Description Key Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential clients, including businesses and organizations in the relevant industry. Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate technical details and benefits to customers. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing how solutions meet their needs. Manage and grow an existing customer base, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, customer service, etc.) to ensure successful product delivery and customer support. Negotiate and close sales agreements while maintaining profit margins. Provide technical support to clients throughout the sales process and after the sale to ensure product integration and performance. Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software. Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies.
