We are currently working on X2 LEAD SERVICE DESIGNER roles within a Digital Government agency based in Sydney OR Brisbane with a Hybrid working way (ideally 2 days in office) for an initial 6 month contract with confirmed extensions. Day rate is subject to experience but around $800-$1,200 p/d Super As one of the Lead Service Designers you will designing the end-to-end journey of Digital services based on evidence of customer needs and strategic outcomes. You will be responsible for driving a human-centric and holistic approach to service delivery; helping to design and guide solutions to support multiple. Please note you need to be in a position to obtain a Baseline Security clearance (Australian citizen). Role – Work with cross functional teams to identify problems, drive research, and pursue development Experience creating inspiring customer-centred design solutions Demonstrated successful delivery of end-to-end service designs from discovery and ideation. Demonstrated successful design of project approach and methods Strong communication, presentation, facilitation skills. Experience supporting complex and cross-department programs of work Ability to make appropriate decisions within the boundaries of this role Skills – Over 4 years’ experience in HCD methods with a focus on Service Design, with Strategy/ Research Extensive experience with process mapping and process improvement and implementation. Demonstrated experience in understanding, and application of, Design Thinking principles Ability to translate complex data into meaningful Strong understanding of Service Design methodology
