In this wonderful team of six, you will play an integral part in processing a high volume of customer orders. Duties will include: Monitoring and processing incoming orders using multiple systems, including EDI; Following up on order status and maintaining appropriate communication with customers; Monitoring and updating pricing and shipping costs; Managing out-of-stock and back-order queries; Assisting with credit claims, including gathering necessary documentation and seeking appropriate approvals; Liaising with B2B customers on delivery ETAs and collections; Assisting with online purchasing queries; and Daily reporting and gathering customer feedback. To be considered for this position, we are seeking: Order processing experience, including the use of EDI; The ability to handle a fast-paced role with high-volume data entry; and A team-oriented attitude and willingness to help others.
