Southern Adelaide Local Health Network – SALHN Regional Office –Corporate and Support Services Salary $58,709.00 - $63,154.00 (Pro Rata) ASO2 | Multiple part time and full time ongoing positions available We are seeking Administration Officers to join our SALHN Operations Centre Team on an ongoing basis As the Administration Officer you will be responsible for providing an efficient customer service in accordance with unit service objectives. You will be required to apply knowledge of office procedures, EMR and SIFT systems to provide an effective administrative support service to the SALHN Operations Centre (SOC) and the Office of the Chief Operating Officer. About the role: Reporting to the Advanced Nursing Director Operations, as the Administration Officer duties for the role will include: Ensure all telephone and/or over the counter enquiries are responded to promptly and effectively Assisting in collating and identifying trends from collected data as required Ensuring prompt accurate data entry of IP visits from the Statewide Interfacility Transfer (SIFT) system to EMR Providing courteous and personable customer service Assisting Bed Managers with EMR data entry including patient transfers Primarily weekend and after hours work available About you: Experience in establishing and maintaining appropriate records and filing systems High level of personal organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines Ability to work as a member of a team and individually Experience in use of computers and software applications including word processing and electronic mail Please see the attached Role Description for additional information.
