As an Administration Assistant your main focus is to maintain and process all administration for new and pre-owned vehicles for the dealership. This position will see you utilise your excellent communication skills when liaising with managers, customers and manufacturers. ROLE Create vehicle cleaning schedule Manage tint schedule Create purchase orders Receipt invoices Petty cash Online grocery orders Stationary orders Filing Book in vehicle keys Assist coordinators as required Assist quality control with driving vehicles to dealership YOU Excellent keyboard skills with strong attention to detail & accuracy. Autonomous & diligent with ability to take full ownership & accountability for your workload. A fast learner, conscientious with a strong work ethic. Ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines Excellent communications skills orally & written Self-motivated and task driven. Demonstrate a consistently pro-active approach and pleasant demeanour. Be punctual, reliable adaptable & flexible.
