Your Mission We’re looking for a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our cross-function leaders who will report to the Chief Customer Officer (CCO). This role is ideal for someone who thrives on multitasking, is highly detail-oriented, and enjoys contributing to a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the leadership team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and email correspondence. HR Admin: Assist the HR Manager with onboarding processes, document preparation, and employee engagement initiatives. Finance Admin: Entering credit card transactions, Accounts Payable, general bookkeeping and data entry for the accounts department. CCO Assistance: Help with presentations, travel arrangements, and project coordination. Cross-Business Support: Collaborate with various team leaders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and assist with ad-hoc projects and events. General AdminTasks: support company-wide initiatives to maintain an engaging workplace culture. Reception duties: Share reception responsibilities, including welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, office management and maintenance Monthly reports: Support the cross-functional team with monthly reporting What You Bring: Proven experience in an administrative or Executive Assistant role. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook and experience with tools like Slack or similar systems is a plus. A proactive mindset with a can-do attitude and the ability to anticipate needs. High attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving. A team player who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
