3-days per week, fixed-term contract Provide administrative support to our School's Facilities Team Onsite at our beautiful, picturesque campus in Burwood Presbyterian Ladies’ College (PLC) is a leading ELC to Year 12 Christian independent day and boarding school, focusing on the development of the whole person. THE ROLE This is a great part-time opportunity for an administrative all-rounder, to provide high quality day-to-day support to our busy and dynamic Facilities Team here at PLC. Working 3-days per week, we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible for a fixed-term period until the end of May. You will be a skilled and trusted “go to” person for a range of administrative tasks that includes high-quality record keeping, data entry, maintaining asset registers, team calendar management, work order coordination and some basic financial administration tasks. ABOUT YOU You will be appropriately qualified in Business / Office Administration or similar, or have sound administrative experience in a School or a comparable environment. Your strong computer skills, organisational ability, process-driven approach, and highly adaptable nature will be key to your success in this role.
