To be successful you must: Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills Enjoy working in a team environment What we require: Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail Have experience in a similar role Have experience in resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service Have basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a “can do” attitude Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades In this role you will: Actively manage Harvey Norman customer repairs and servicing Tag faulty products and liaise with our service agents & suppliers and keeping the service database up-to-date Assist with the department's admin duties Advise customers of arrival of stock and organise delivery as requested by the Proprietor Assist with the department's admin duties including processing credit and debit invoices, claims and reconciliations.
