This role would see you producing concepts while supporting Design Directors, liaising with clients and multidisciplinary consultants, and delivering presentations through all stages of the design process. To be considered for this role, you must have: 9 years of Interior Design experience Strong Revit and SketchUp capabilities Experience designing high-end residential and hospitality interiors A conceptually driven portfolio Excellent communication skills and experience in a client-facing role Good connection with local suppliers and knowledge of the latest market trends Design sensibility, technical understanding, Revit documentation and detailing skills A leader with a collaborative and motivating approach Ability to perform value management duties Excellent communication skills are essential, as you’ll be liaising with clients, consultants, management, stakeholders and suppliers at the highest level. A background working on big budget ($$$) single dwelling residential, boutique apartments and hospitality developments is equally important and you must have a solid sense of form and be an avid believer in creating liveable spaces.
