About the Role TEN Recruitment is working with a well-established WA commercial construction company known for delivering high-quality projects for over 20 years . With a strong reputation for building lasting relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take charge of a high-profile development project. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily site operations and report project progress to the Project Manager. Resolve client-subcontractor disputes and maintain open communication. Ensure all works meet quality standards and compliance regulations . Manage variation works , procurement, and material deliveries. Lead the site team , maintaining clear documentation and records. Enforce OH&S safety protocols and ensure risk management procedures are followed. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders , including consultants and clients. What You’ll Need: Minimum 3 years of Site Management experience . Trade or tertiary qualifications in Construction or a related field . Valid White Card (construction induction) . Strong knowledge of OH&S compliance and risk management . Experience with tower crane operations (preferred). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills . Ability to lead teams and manage multiple subcontractors effectively . Full Australian work rights and Perth-based experience . What’s On Offer: Up to $180k Super , depending on experience.
